Lovely hotel and nice staff. Located near a mall, the subway and many restaurants. Jing'an temple is just acorss the road and we were able to view it from our room. We had an east side view which allowed us to see the tall buildings you can see from the Bund so that was special. There is a small park near by also which is nice in the evening. There is a nice bar/ lounge to relax in, our room was lovely with no complaints and the bed was very comfy. Just what we needed. The breakfast had many options and the room service was quick and great quality. Thank you for a great stay.

I had a late check-in and received an upgraded room. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and outstanding room service. The hotel is easy to find, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Their convenient delivery service at the entrance allowed me to send my luggage to my next destination, which was a huge help given the difficulties of train travel in China. This thoughtful service made my stay much more comfortable. Unfortunately I don’t remember the receptionist's name, but I am thankful for give me great experience.

Their customer service is very fast, for any inconvenience they think along with you and come up with a solution in a matter of minutes. I have previously lived in Shanghai for 6 years and have seen some hotels. But this hotel experience was definitly one of the better ones. Next to that the hotel is located very central to the buzzling life of shanghai. Ideal location.
